EMOTIONAL REGENERATIONAL THERAPY (Available Remote or in person)
Emotional Regeneration Therapy (ERT) is a proprietary method, based on
theprinciples of Reiki, where the client is put into a relaxed state while the
practitioner works through the entanglements, blocks, and emotional weight
that often affect the progress of the individual in their life goals. With the
practice of ERT, the seven chakras are cleared allowing the Ki to flow
through the body without obstruction. When chakras are blocked the Ki flow
is disrupted. Any disruption can cause low energy, negative thoughts, illness,
stress and more.

Healthy energy (Ki) flow in the body allows the body to naturally heal itself.
Conditions such as stress, anxiety, grief and some pain (exp. headache,
back pain) can be alleviated through the practice of ERT while resilience, the ability to think clearly, creating more energy and
a sense of relief and calmness can be achieved. In a gentle manner, either in person or through a remote session, energy is passed through the practitioner to the client.

With the practice of ERT, stagnant energy is removed, the seven chakras are cleared allowing the Ki to flow through the body without obstruction. When chakras are blocked the Ki flow is disrupted. Any disruption can cause low energy, negative thoughts, illness, stress and more. When the Ki flows freely, the body can function and do what it does best, heal itself.

The Resilience Toolkit is a system for reducing stress and growing resilience in individuals, organizations, and communities so they can envision, create, and implement positive change. The Toolkit teaches you how to recognize your own stress and relaxation cycles. You will understand when your stress is helping or harming you. You will learn how to choose from a menu of quick, effective stress-reduction tools. And you will build your own skills into deep, lasting habits that effect powerful transformation over time.
With the help of the toolkit one should be able to answer the following:
